The text logs within the ornaments reveal that the thief was a man named Tom, one of Kyle's spurned associates. However, the ornaments were stolen prior to the event and scattered throughout ruins in various parts of the region. The promotion, set up by a man named Kyle, was intended to provide a sampling of the company's holiday light production capabilities. The ornaments were created as part of a "Nights of Lights" promotion run in the Old World city of Las Vegas by the company StandoutHolo. They are relics from the Old Ones that can be found in ruins across the map. An ornament is a collectable item in Horizon Forbidden West.
